Job Summary
The Web & Digital Systems Manager is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, stability, and thoughtful improvement of TFI’s WordPress websites and connected digital tools. This role ensures our digital platforms are reliable, well-organized, and effectively support both external communication and internal ministry operations.
This position requires strong technical WordPress and systems experience, with the ability to independently manage website functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates across multiple platforms. In addition to maintaining existing systems, this role will support incremental improvements and structured enhancements to key platforms, including Advocate landing pages and internal resource sites.
Working within established design systems and organizational priorities, this role helps translate ministry and communications needs into clear, functional, and scalable web solutions. While not responsible for full platform architecture or large-scale redesign strategy, this position plays a key role in strengthening and evolving existing digital systems over time.
