Do you genuinely enjoy making systems work better?
Are you the kind of person who notices broken links, clunky workflows, confusing navigation, or disconnected tools — and immediately starts thinking about how to improve them?
Do you love creating digital experiences that feel organized, intuitive, reliable, and helpful for real people?
The Forgotten Initiative is looking for a Web + Digital Systems Manager to help strengthen and support the digital platforms that serve our ministry.
This role is more than basic website maintenance.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems over time, and bringing structure and clarity to growing digital platforms. Someone who can think both technically and relationally — translating ministry needs into functional, user-friendly web solutions.
At TFI, our websites and digital tools help equip volunteer leaders, connect churches to local foster care agencies, and support meaningful ministry happening in communities across the country. This role helps ensure those systems remain healthy, organized, scalable, and effective.
You might thrive in this role if you:
- Enjoy troubleshooting and figuring things out
- Love improving workflows and user experience
- Care deeply about organization, consistency, and follow-through
- Like balancing ongoing maintenance with thoughtful improvements
- Feel energized by building systems that support meaningful work
- Can work independently while collaborating well with others
This role will partner closely with TFI’s Communications Director while helping maintain and improve WordPress websites, advocate landing pages, forms, integrations, internal resource platforms, and connected digital tools.
If this sounds like the kind of work you’d love doing, we’d love for you to explore the full job description and apply.
